| March Newsletter I love everything I make, but only a few make it into my personal jewelry box. Here is a list of my top 6 favorite staples to wear and why. 1. heather necklace - I love the length, delicateness and simplicity of this necklace. When designing this necklace, I had flapper girls of the 20s in mind. The length adds instant glam. 2. sage pearl candle - I burn this candle when I design jewelry. The scent calms me and helps with my creativity. I thought it would be a perfect addition to my jewelry. 3. sparrow hoop earrings - If you've ever met me, you may have heard me say this is the first piece of jewelry I ever made. They are light as a feather and I wear them with everything. Actually, they are all I ever wear. They're delicate and whimsical. I added the chains last minute. I think it gives them a little edge. 4. ernestine heirloom necklace - I think I'm probably most proud of this necklace. I love the oval piece that the stones and findings hang from. I had seen this oval piece on 1970s charm necklaces and had planned on making it until I happened upon a basket full one day and bought them all up. They were brass so I had them plated in 18k gold. I named this necklace after my favorite aunt. 5. catherine side star necklace - Definitely my favorite necklace to wear. It's lengthy and I love that I can just throw it over my head when in a hurry. There are five color choices but I alternate between the smokey quartz and the onyx. It looks great with just about anything. The dark rich color of the gemstone in contrast with the gold gives this necklace a seriously expensive look while the star that falls at the neckline keeps it light and fun, In silver, rose quartz is my favorite. 6. shredded handbag - This is an old favorite of mine. I carried this handbag for a full year summer through winter. It aged really well and I couldn't get enough compliments. I would wear on my shoulder most of the time but when travelling, I converted it into a messenger bag by folding it over and attaching a long strap. I also love the fact that this handbag isn't trendy instead completely unique. 25% off my favorites. use code "FAVORITES" at checkout |
